What’s Messing with My Mind – How Nutrition Affects Brain Function
Arrowsmith School Toronto is hosting an evening of learning about nutrition and brain health with Lubna Nazarani, MS, NNCP. Please join us as we gather together to understand how foods can affect the brain.
Lubna will discuss ingredients that compromise learning and memory, explore optimal foods for brain function, learn what to look for on food labels, and discuss strategies to improve brain health. Participants will go home with simple tools to help them optimize their family’s brain health.
